We are proud to say that our delicious candies are still made the “old-fashioned” way. We take great pride in using our original Copper Kettles, Marble Slabs, Steel Tables, Oak Paddles, Screen Sifters, and original Candy making equipment to master the art of chocolate. "Nana" & “Papa” O'Shea our family matriarchs married for over 70 years helped establish the old fashioned techniques we still use today. As in the spirit of old-fashioned candy making we still hand dip a number of our items. We are a family artisan chocolatier business that still employs the same methods that our grandparents developed over 80 years ago. We have over 100 varieties of chocolates in which we use the highest quality ingredients. We take great pride in our four generations of family ownership since 1934. We have our work family that many chocolatiers have been with us for over fifty years & we have teenagers that are just starting to have some fun. After decades of perfecting each recipe, we are known for our Peanut Butter Meltaways, Cordial Cherries, Butter Caramels, Homemade Marshmallow, Moist Coconut, Creme Pigs, Carmel Corn Blends, Almond Butter Toffee, Truffles, Fudge, & Candy Bars. Our family business started in 1934 in the Walnut Grove Pennsylvania area, and is still located at the same chocolate factory where we manufacture our chocolates today. Our chocolates have been nominated as "Simply the Best" and we are always honored and humble to be recognized for this achievement.
