Bio:
Professional woodworker since 2002. Rick produces finely crafted functional art pieces for Foodies at all levels. Richard Rose Culinary specializes in End Grain Cutting Boards, the finest cutting board surface. Rick’s Walnut End Grain Cutting Boards have been used on several “Food Network” and “The Cooking Channel” cooking show sets for many Celebrity Chefs.
In addition to end grain cutting boards, Rick makes charcuterie and shaped boards, utensils, counter tops, edge grain boards, custom boards, stove top covers and pretty much anything made of wood that’s used in the kitchen.
Along with his wife Rose, they reside in Door County, Wisconsin where Rose operates their retail store called DC Cutting Boards and More on 3rd Avenue. When Rick isn’t woodworking, you can find him behind his drum set honing his Jazz Drumming skills.
